Description: The CheckinAsystPLUS application serves as an efficient tool for patient pre-registration, now accessible on the iPhone platform. Tailored for modern devices running iOS 9 and above, this app facilitates a range of functionalities including appointment reminders, pre-registration questionnaires, consent form handling, and comprehensive patient profiles. Upon completion of mobile registration, users receive a bar code which can be conveniently scanned at a practice's check-in kiosk, thereby streamlining the check-in experience.

Functionalities of the App:

1. Users can register by providing basic personal information including first name, middle name, last name, date of birth, username, and password.
2. Upon logging in, new users will see instructional prompts. Users linked to a hospital organization will have access to additional features such as Appointments and My Profile widgets.
3. The Appointments widget allows users to request new appointments. Once confirmed by the hospital, users can proceed with pre-check-in. Cancellation of requested appointments is also possible through a designated icon.
4. For confirmed appointments marked as “Pre Check-in Ready,” users can finalize their pre-check-in process. This includes confirming the appointment, updating their profile, accepting or declining consent forms, and providing an electronic signature.
5. User profiles can be updated via the My Profile widget.
6. The Activity Log widget displays notifications sent to the user's device.
7. A push notification is received once the user successfully completes the pre-check-in process.
